What we collect
When you contact us we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number, email, postcode, address and details about your home, roof and energy use. We use it only to reply, survey, quote, install and look after your system.
Who we share it with
Only where needed for your job: the network operator (for G98 or G99), MCS and building control (for certification), and our accountant. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Job records and certificates are kept for at least 6 years, as the law and warranties require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, or for them to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
